What’s the recommended lead time for placing an order?

To ensure we can whip up your order to perfection, we recommend placing it at least 3 days in advance. This gives us time to sprinkle in all the care and attention your treats deserve.

For our show-stopping big kuchen/cake, we kindly request a lead time of 6-10 days. This allows us to gather the freshest ingredients and add a dash of detail to every layer. Your patience will be rewarded with a truly scrumptious delight!

Do you deliver or offer delivery services?

Absolutely, we’ve got your delivery needs covered! No need to mess with those fancy-schmancy platforms like Uber Eats or DoorDash. We’ve got our own super cool delivery service that’s way more affordable. Wave goodbye to those crazy fees and say hello to convenience without breaking the bank!

Here’s the cherry on top: if your order is over $25, we’ll even waive the delivery fee! So sit back, relax, and let us bring the goodies straight to your doorstep. Just keep in mind, we currently deliver to communities in and around Victoria, BC.

What ingredients do you use?

We’re all about using top-notch ingredients in our baking! No additives here, just the good stuff. And the best part? We hand-pick most of our ingredients right here on beautiful Vancouver Island.

Our secret to great baking lies in those carefully chosen goodies that you won’t find in your average store-bought bread.

And for that extra touch of magic, we do use some special ingredients straight from Germany because they’re not available in Canada yet! So, when you bite into our treats, you know you’re getting something truly special.

Do you have a brick and mortar location?

UPDATE:
Not yet, but we’re like a nomadic bretzycle on the move! Zooming around the city, delivering German treats straight to your doorstep. Think of us as your traveling snack squad! But don’t worry, we’ve got big dreams of setting up a cozy brick-and-mortar spot by spring/summer 2026.
