Good things take time — “Gut Ding will Weile haben!” 🌾⏳
We make our traditional German baking from scratch, in small batches. Many of our breads develop their flavour and texture through long fermentation, while our pastries and cakes require their own careful preparation. These processes take time and cannot simply be rushed. 🥨
Preparation times vary by product. For market and event pre-orders, please check the ordering deadline and pickup details for your chosen event. 📅
