Find our handcrafted German breads, Bretzels, cakes, and pastries exclusively at local markets and events in Greater Victoria. We currently have no retail storefront and do not offer home delivery.
As participants in the City of Victoria’s Launch Victoria program, we’re working towards a permanent home for BRETZEL, aiming to open between April and June 2027.

We make our traditional German baking from scratch, in small batches. Many of our breads develop their flavour and texture through long fermentation, while our pastries and cakes require their own careful preparation. These processes take time and cannot simply be rushed. 🥨
